Today’s Menu: Baked Beans and Rice
I hope you will enjoy it. Here’s how I prepare it:
1.Beans Preparation:
Rinse the beans.
Prepare onions, green peppers, red bell pepper, chili peppers, and tomatoes.
Add the beans and water.
Use sunflower oil and olive oil.
Add onions and remove any foam.
Add butter and flour.
Mix in pepper and tomato paste.
Add the peppers.
Combine with cooked beans and tomatoes.
Add hot water, black pepper, and salt.
Include chili peppers, sunflower oil, and olive oil.
2.Rice Preparation:
Fry vermicelli in sunflower oil and olive oil.
Add rice, butter, and salt.
Pour in water.
Add granulated sugar and a splash of lemon juice.
3.Yogurt Sauce:
Mix cucumber and garlic with homemade yogurt.
Add dry mint powder, salt, and dry dill powder.
Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with fresh mint and onion.
The result is a wonderful dish of beans and rice! It turned out very good.
