I’m thrilled to share a light and quick dessert recipe that requires no oven and minimal time and ingredients. Let’s get started with this delightful banana treat!
Ingredients:
1 banana: Cut into pieces.
20 g butter: For greasing.
1 tablespoon white or brown sugar: To cover the bottom of the pan.
1 egg
50 g sugar (3 tablespoons)
A pinch of salt
50 ml vegetable oil (6 tablespoons)
150 ml milk (3/4 cup)
8 g vanilla sugar (1 teaspoon)
130 g flour
20 g cocoa powder (1 tablespoon)
8 g baking powder (1 teaspoon)
Instructions:
1.Prepare the Pan: Grease the bottom and edges of the pan well with 20 g of butter.
2.Add Sugar: Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar evenly to completely cover the bottom of the pan.
3.Arrange Bananas: Place the banana pieces tightly together in a single layer on the sugared pan.
4.Mix Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, mix 1 egg, 50 g sugar, and a pinch of salt. Add 50 ml vegetable oil and 150 ml milk. Stir well.
5.Add Dry Ingredients: Gradually add 8 g vanilla sugar, 130 g flour, 20 g cocoa powder, and 8 g baking powder to the wet mixture. Mix until smooth.
6.Cover Bananas with Dough: Pour the mixture over the bananas, ensuring they are fully covered.
7.Cook: Place the pan on low heat, cover with a lid, and cook for 25-30 minutes. Check the readiness with a match—if the cake is dry on top, it’s ready.
8.Serve and Enjoy: Let the cake cool slightly before serving. Enjoy the incredible taste!
