Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of bay leaf powder
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of honey
2 teaspoons of toothpaste
Directions:

Begin by grinding bay leaves into a fine powder, harnessing their teeth-whitening properties.
In a bowl, combine the bay leaf powder with salt, lemon juice, and honey.
Add your preferred toothpaste to the mixture and stir until well combined.
Apply the mixture to your toothbrush and brush your teeth for one minute. You’ll notice a reduction in teeth yellowing and a brighter smile after just one use.
Store any leftover mixture in a small jar in the refrigerator. It will stay fresh for up to seven days, enough for about three days.
Homemade Mouthwash for Fresh Breath

Ingredients:

4 bay leaves
1 teaspoon of cloves
Half a lemon, sliced
Boiling water
Directions:
