Ingredients:

1.5 cups of warm water (300 ml)
1.5 cups of warm milk (300 ml)
1 tablespoon of dry yeast (10 grams)
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar (20 grams)
7 cups of flour (840 grams)
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams)

Instructions:

1.Mix: Combine the warm water, warm milk, dry yeast, and granulated sugar. Mix well.

2.Dough: Add the flour and salt. Knead until you have a soft dough that doesn’t stick to your hands.

3.Rest: Cover the dough and let it rest for 40 minutes.

4.Divide: After 40 minutes, divide the dough into 10 equal parts.

5.Shape: Follow the steps in the video to shape the dough. Be careful not to break or fold it as you stretch it.
