Nighttime Castor Oil Routine: Recipe for Health Benefits

Ingredients:

  • 100% pure, cold-pressed castor oil
  • Cotton balls (for skin application)
  • Small dropper bottle (for easy dispensing)
  • Shower cap (for hair treatment)
  • A clean cloth or towel (for any excess)

Steps for Using Castor Oil Before Bed:

  1. For Hair Growth and Health
    • Ingredients: Castor oil, a few drops of coconut oil (optional)
    • Warm a small amount of castor oil in your palms (you can mix it with coconut oil for easier application).
    • Gently massage the oil into your scalp for about 5–10 minutes to stimulate blood flow and strengthen hair follicles.
    • Put on a shower cap to protect your pillowcase, and leave the oil overnight.
    • In the morning, wash out with shampoo as usual.
  2. For Eyelash and Eyebrow Growth
    • Ingredients: Castor oil, clean mascara wand or cotton swab
    • Dip a clean mascara wand or a cotton swab into a small amount of castor oil.
    • Apply to your lashes and eyebrows before bed to nourish and potentially promote growth.
    • Be cautious not to get oil into your eyes.
