Natural Remedy for Painful Menstruation, Black Periods, and Toilet Infections

The remedy’s ingredients each bring unique benefits: lime, rich in antioxidants, detoxifies the body; garlic provides antibacterial support; ginger soothes inflammation and pain; negro pepper alleviates abdominal pain; and Aidan fruit, known in West African traditional medicine, enhances overall health. To prepare, simply wash, peel, and chop the ingredients, then boil them in water for 30 minutes to extract their nutrients.

After cooking, strain and store the mixture in the refrigerator for up to seven days. The recommended dosage is half a glass, twice daily—morning and night—for a full week, especially throughout menstruation. This regular intake supports a smoother menstrual flow, relieves cramps, and aids in clearing out old blood, helping you feel more balanced and comfortable.
