Liver Tea Barbara O’Neill Recipe (Liver Cleanse Part 2)

I’m making liver tea, the second part of the liver cleanse. You drink this right after the liver cleanse mixture in the morning.

Ingredients:

Dandelion root
Licorice root
Gentian root
Milk thistle (powder)
Goldenseal (powder)
Instructions:

Mix together:
1/4 cup Dandelion root
1/4 cup Licorice root
2 tbsp Milk thistle powder
1 tbsp Goldenseal powder
Store in a mason jar. Use 1 teaspoon per person.
To make the tea:

Boil 2 cups of water in a stainless steel pot.
Add 1 teaspoon of the herbal mixture.
Simmer with the lid on for 15 minutes.
After brewing:

Let it cool down before drinking.
Have regular healthy, detoxifying meals throughout the day.
Hope this helps! If you found this helpful, give it a thumbs up and I’ll see you next time!
