Liver Cleanse Drink Barbara O’Neill Recipe

demonstrating how to prepare Barbara O’Neal’s liver cleanse recipe.

For this liver cleanse, you’ll need:

1 cup of freshly squeezed orange, lemon, or grapefruit juice (I used one grapefruit and one lemon)
1 cup of pure water
1 clove of garlic
1/2 teaspoon of chopped ginger
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Here’s how to make it:

In a blender, combine the fresh juice, water, garlic, ginger, and olive oil.
Blend everything together until smooth.
Tip: To prevent the oil from separating, add it last through the small opening in the blender lid.

I’m going to start by adding the juice and water to the blender, followed by the ginger and garlic. Then, I’ll blend everything together.

if you have a bullet blender, it would probably work really well for this. Unfortunately, I don’t have one, so I’m using my regular blender. Hopefully, there won’t be too many chunks.

After blending, I’ll drink this mixture, and then 15 minutes later, I’ll have the liver tea.
