Ingredients:
85 grams of oats
200 ml of warm milk
1 tablespoon of cheese
2 eggs
Cumin, black pepper, and salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions:
1.Soak the Oats:
Add 85 grams of oats to a bowl.
Pour in 200 ml of warm milk.
Leave it to soak for 2 minutes.
2.Prepare the Mixture:
Grind the soaked oats.
Add 1 tablespoon of cheese and 2 eggs.
Season with cumin, black pepper, and salt.
Mix everything together.
3.Cook the Oatmeal:
Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a pan and brush it evenly.
Pour the oat mixture into the pan.
Cook on low heat with a lid on for 3-4 minutes. Do not open the lid until it is fully cooked and puffed up.
Turn it over and cook for an additional 1 minute.
4.Serve:
Check if it’s done, then serve hot.
