Watermelon Peel Jam Recipe

Ingredients:

600 g of watermelon peel

Zest of one lemon or orange

Juice of one lemon or orange

200 g of sugar (adjust according to desired sweetness)

Instructions:

1.Combine all ingredients in a bowl and cover. Let it sit for 30 minutes.

2.Transfer the mixture to a pot and cook on medium heat for 35 to 40 minutes, until it reaches a jam-like consistency.

3.Blend the mixture to your desired texture—you can blend it smooth or leave some chunks.

4.Allow the jam to cool and store it in the refrigerator. It will keep for up to a month.
