Simple and Delicious Pasta Recipe
Ingredients:
Olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 carrot, diced
1 paprika, diced
2 sticks of celery, chopped
450 g minced meat
Salt
Black pepper
Italian herbs
200 ml canned tomatoes
250 g pasta
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1.Prepare the Base:
Heat some olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add 1 chopped onion and fry for about 1 minute.
Add 3 minced garlic cloves and fry for about 30 seconds.
2.Add Vegetables:
Add 1 diced carrot and fry for about 2 minutes.
Add 1 diced paprika and fry for another 2 minutes.
Add 2 chopped celery sticks and fry for about 2 minutes.
3.Cook the Meat:
Add 450 g minced meat to the pan and fry for about 4 minutes, until browned.
Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian herbs.
4.Simmer the Sauce:
Add 200 ml canned tomatoes to the pan.
Cover and cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Adjust seasoning with more salt if needed.
5.Cook the Pasta:
While the sauce is simmering, cook 250 g pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce.
Mix well to combine.
6.Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Serve hot and enjoy!
