Do you have eggs and canned tuna at home ❓❓ Easy and healthy dinner!

Today, I’m sharing one of my all-time favorite recipes for delicious Tuna Cutlets. They’re quick, easy, and bursting with flavor. Let’s dive in!

Ingredients:

2 cans of canned tuna, drained
2 eggs
Chives
Parsley
Zest of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Sweet peppers
Vegetable oil (for frying)
1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
Pickled cucumbers (for serving)
Dill
1 teaspoon French mustard

Instructions:

Start by draining the liquid from the canned tuna and placing it in a mixing bowl.
Add in the eggs, finely chopped chives, parsley, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and diced sweet peppers.
Mix everything together until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small cutlets.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry the cutlets for about 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
While the cutlets are frying, prepare the dipping sauce by mixing sour cream or Greek yogurt with chopped dill and French mustard.
Serve the tuna cutlets hot with the dipping sauce and some pickled cucumbers on the side.
