To prepare a meat dish and ensure that the meat cooks perfectly, here is a very simple idea.

You need to immerse a red onion (preferably organic otherwise washed with water and baking soda to remove pesticides) cut into quarters with the skin in the pot of water.

You will then see that the meat will cook more quickly than usual and will have a beautiful pinkish color and an exquisite taste, enough to awaken your taste buds.
