Ingredients:
500g chicken liver
70ml milk
3 eggs
1 onion
Vegetable oil
3 cloves of garlic
1 carrot
Spring onions
Parsley
6 tablespoons oatmeal
Salt, black pepper, paprika
30g cheese
250g yogurt
Dill
1/2 lemon
Instructions:
Rinse 500g of chicken liver and soak in 70ml of milk for 20 minutes.
Chop 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, and 1 carrot.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the chopped vegetables until tender.
Add the soaked chicken liver (discard the milk), and cook until done.
Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika to taste.
Add chopped spring onions and parsley, and mix well.
Stir in 6 tablespoons of oatmeal and cook for a few more minutes.
Beat 3 eggs and pour over the liver mixture.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top and cover with a lid.
Cook for 20 minutes until the eggs are set.
In a small bowl, mix 250g of yogurt with chopped dill and the juice of 1/2 lemon.
Serve the chicken liver with yogurt sauce on the side.
