Effective Homemade Remedy for Leg Pain, Varicose Veins, and Rheumatic Pains
Ingredients:
1 garlic clove (reduces joint and muscle pain)
1 onion, chopped with skin (helps relieve leg pain)
30g ginger root (naturally reduces pain and appearance of varicose veins)
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Olive oil
Instructions:
In a jar, combine the chopped onion, garlic, ginger, nutmeg, and olive oil. Fill the jar with as much olive oil as it can hold. Mix well with a wooden spoon.
Place a clean towel in a pot and put the jar on top. The towel prevents the jar from cracking.
Fill the pot with water and place it on medium heat. Stir occasionally with a wooden spoon.
Let it simmer for 30 minutes. Allow it to cool in the pan for 1 hour.
Close the jar lid and leave it at room temperature for 1 week.
After 1 week, strain the oil mixture through a clean cloth.
Usage:
Massage the oil onto your legs from bottom to top.
Apply the oil daily in the morning and evening before going to bed.
Wrap your legs with a clean cloth or wear compression stockings, if available.
