50 grams of pumpkin seeds

75 grams of walnuts

110 grams of dates

75 grams of dried apricots

Grated peel of 1 orange

20 grams of sesame seeds

Instructions

Get the seeds and nuts ready.

Cook the pumpkin seeds in a pan on medium heat until they are lightly browned. Let it cool down.

In the same pan, cook the walnuts until they smell good and turn slightly brown. Allow them to cool down and then cut them into small pieces.

Get the dates and apricots ready.

Put the dates in water for 15 minutes to make them softer. Take out the pits from the dates and cut them into small pieces.

Cut the dried apricots into small pieces.

Mix the ingredients together.

Put the chopped dates, dried apricots, roasted pumpkin seeds, and chopped walnuts in a blender or food processor. Put the grated outer peel of an orange.

Blend until the mixture is thoroughly mixed and begins to stick together.

Create the Blend:

Move the mixture to a clean surface and shape it into a cylinder using your hands. Press down hard to make sure the mixture sticks together.

Get the coating ready.

Cook the sesame seeds in a pan on medium heat until they turn light brown.

Put a layer on the cylinder.

Roll the cylinder shape in the toasted sesame seeds, making sure they cover it evenly.

Make the Cylinder Cold.

Put the cylinder covered with sesame seeds in the freezer for 2 hours to harden.

After 2 hours, take the cylinder out of the freezer and cut it into small pieces that can be easily eaten.
