Soft and fluffy soufflé omelette made with two eggs

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1/8 tsp salt
10g sugar (1 tbsp)

I’m making a simple yet delightful dish. My arm hurts, but I still have a long way to go.

1.Preparation:

Beat 2 eggs with 1/8 tsp salt and 10g (1 tbsp) sugar. If you’re like me and need a break, use a hand mixer to save some effort!

2.Cooking:

Heat a 20cm (7.8in) pan on low heat and add a bit of unsalted butter.
Pour in the egg mixture and bake for 3 to 5 minutes.

3.Tips:

Keep the heat low to avoid burning. Trust me, failure to control the heat can lead to slippery disasters!
Even if you struggle a bit, remember it’s part of the fun! Until now, it was good 😆.

4.Finishing Up:

Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
Check the inside to ensure it’s cooked through. My first attempt looked perfect on the outside, but it was empty inside! 😭 It’s not pita bread, after all.
