Coffee mousse dessert in 5 minutes!

Today we have a delicious coffee dessert in a glass.

Ingredients:

Nescafe coffee (35g / 4 tbsp)

Sugar (120g / 2/3 cup)

Very cold water (140ml / 2/3 cup)

Whipped cream 33-36% (400ml / 1.5 cups)

Condensed milk (80ml / 1/3 cup)

Cookies (3 pcs.)

Chocolate for decoration

Instructions:

1.Combine the Nescafe coffee, sugar, and very cold water in a bowl.

2.Stir until the sugar dissolves.

3.Beat the mixture with a mixer until it becomes fluffy.

4.In a separate bowl, beat the whipped cream until fluffy.

5.Add the condensed milk to the whipped cream and mix well.

6.Place the cream mixture in a piping bag fitted with a star tip.

7.Crush the cookies and layer them at the bottom of your serving glasses.

8.Pipe the cream mixture over the cookie layer.

9.Decorate with grated chocolate.
