Ingredients:
2 cups dates (500g), pitted
1 tablespoon butter (20g)
1 cup chopped mixed nuts (150g) (use any nuts you prefer or have on hand)
A pinch of salt
A pinch of cinnamon
A bit of vegetable oil
Sesame seeds
Instructions:
1.Heat the butter over low heat in a pan.
2.Add the dates and chopped nuts to the pan and stir for 1 minute.
3.Continue stirring until the dates are soft and form a smooth dough.
4.Add a pinch of salt and cinnamon and mix well.
5.Let the mixture cool for 10-15 minutes.
6.Grease your hands with a bit of vegetable oil and roll the mixture into small balls.
7.Roll the balls in sesame seeds to coat them completely.
8.Place the balls in the freezer for 2 hours.
