A cabbage-based pizza that’s both healthy and delicious! Let’s get started.
Ingredients:
1/2 small cabbage (250g / 9 oz)
2 eggs
Salt (to taste)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp pizza sauce
Toppings of your choice: Be creative! 😍
Mozzarella cheese
Basil (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
1.Prepare the Cabbage: Finely chop 1/2 small cabbage (250g / 9 oz).
2.Make the Egg Mixture: In a bowl, beat 2 eggs and season with salt to taste.
3.Combine: Add the egg mixture to the chopped cabbage and mix well.
4.Cook the Base: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium/low heat. Add the cabbage mixture, cover, and cook for 3 minutes.
5.Add Pizza Sauce: Spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce over the cooked cabbage base.
6.Add Toppings: Choose your favorite toppings and add them on top. I love Margherita, so I went with mozzarella and basil.
7.Melt the Cheese: Cover the pan again and cook for another 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
8.Garnish: Add fresh basil leaves if desired.
