Ingredients:

350g Flour

1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

A little Salt

120ml Water

For Brushing:

Pressed Garlic (adjust quantity to taste)

Herbs to taste (such as parsley, cilantro, or rosemary)

Preparation:

Step 1: Make the Dough

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt together. Mix well until all the dry ingredients are evenly distributed.

Next, add the oil and water to the dry mixture. Use a spoon or your hands to bring the ingredients together until a dough forms. If the dough feels too sticky, add more flour. If it feels too dry, add more water.

Once the dough is formed, transfer it onto a floured surface and knead for a few minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Step 2: Shape and Cook the Flatbreads

Divide the dough into smaller pieces, around the size of a golf ball. Roll out each piece into a thin circle or oval shape, approximately 1/4 inch thick.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and place one of the flatbreads on it. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown spots appear and the bread is cooked through.

Repeat the process with the remaining flatbreads.

Step 3: Add the Garlic and Herbs

While the flatbreads are still warm, brush them with a mixture of pressed garlic and oil. Use as much or as little garlic as you prefer, depending on your taste.

Sprinkle your favorite herbs, such as parsley, cilantro, or rosemary, over the top of the flatbreads for an extra burst of flavor.

Step 4: Serve and Enjoy!

Serve the Garlic Flatbreads warm and fresh. They are perfect as a snack or as a side dish to accompany your favorite meals. You can also cut them into smaller pieces and serve them as an appetizer for guests.

Get creative with your toppings and dips! These flatbreads are a blank canvas, ready to be customized to your liking. Try adding some cheese, veggies, or even spreads like hummus or tzatziki. The possibilities are endless!

Don’t let your busy schedule stop you from enjoying delicious homemade food. With these Garlic Flatbreads, you can have a flavor-packed snack or meal in just 10 minutes. Give this recipe a try and indulge in the savory taste of garlic and herbs. Your taste buds will thank you!
