Turmeric Eye Compress for Inflammation
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 cup of warm water
- Clean cloth or cotton pad
Instructions:
- Mix 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder in 1 cup of warm water. Stir well until the turmeric is fully dissolved.
- Soak a clean cloth or cotton pad in the turmeric solution.
- Gently apply the cloth or pad over your closed eyelids for 5–10 minutes.
- Remove and rinse your face with lukewarm water.

Turmeric’s anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties can help reduce swelling, redness, and irritation around the eyes. However, avoid getting turmeric directly into the eye, as it may cause discomfort.
